About Me

I was born and raised in Aliceville, Alabama. Although living in the country was very fun and adventurous, creativity was always in my genes. After moving to Tuscaloosa, I started painting with oils when I was 15 under the instruction of Julie Jamison, a local Tuscaloosa artist. From there I also attended the University of Alabama and graduated with a double degree in Advertising and Fine Art with a concentration in Painting. Right after college I taught art at the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum in Santa Fe, New Mexico for a summer where I was able to expand my love of art and influence young girls.

We are currently living in Fairhope, Alabama with two children, Thomas and Georgie.
